If you are having too many negative feelings within you like: Frustrations, Irritation, Impatience, Depression, Pessimism , Anger etc.., please touch the Sri Murthi once in an hour and each time you touch it you have to make sure that you do it for 3 minutes continuously. If you be "self inspired" and if you could "do it by yourself" you would be able to come out of the negative feelings.
