Shilpa Shetty is on a three-day mauna vratham at Oneness. That is quite an ordeal for someone as talkative as Shilpa, but she is very happy with her new state. She is into meditation these days, thanks to the spirituality course at the Oneness University that the actress has taken to. Shilpa, who always has been very health conscious, was introduced to the Oneness spirituality course by a friend. The course has taken celebrities all over the world by storm.
